Most painful customer service ever..our fault to get an account opened in the branch...form filled..account opened with 6000/- INR..however no kit provided by the bank...they are asking to fill the form again..starff said that the OPTION …

Worst experience. Bankers make you sit for long saying "Process ko time lagta hai" as if they operate manually using register. 1 star is tooo much to rate.

The corporate building is too good. The ambience and the surroundings are awesome. Staff is also helpful. It even has canteen also for customers to have food there.

No one answers the phone. A automated recording is played about the products of the bank. There after no one attends the call.

hope less experience . we indian peoples are not Proceeding ahead . we are revert back into 1980. we peoples are saying " digital india " but in my view this is "reverting India "

Lovely building... Modern construction and well planned. Ample parking... And wonderful ambience... Absolutely apt for a Bank's Head Office.
