Cosmetologist

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Cosmetologist to join our dedicated team On Partnership basis.The ideal candidate will provide exceptional skin, hair, and aesthetic treatments to clients, ensuring high standards of hygiene and client satisfaction. This role requires a professional with strong interpersonal skills and a passion for helping clients achieve their aesthetic goals through personalized treatment plans. Key Responsibilities

• Client Consultation and Assessment: Conduct professional skin and hair assessments, diagnose concerns, and recommend personalized treatment plans.
• Treatment Performance: Perform a variety of advanced cosmetic procedures in accordance with clinic protocols. This may include, but is not limited to:
• HydraFacials and chemical peels
• Laser hair reduction
• Facial rejuvenation and other aesthetic procedures (e.g., PRP, microdermabrasion)
• Patient Care: Provide comprehensive pre- and post-treatment care and guidance to ensure client safety and optimal results.
• Product Knowledge and Sales: Advise clients on product use for home care and promote and sell clinic services and retail products.
• Documentation and Maintenance: Maintain accurate client records and treatment logs, and ensure all work areas and equipment are clean, sanitary, and well-organized.
• Collaboration: Coordinate with the team of doctors and counselors to ensure a seamless client experience.
• Professional Development: Stay informed about new tools, products, and industry trends by attending educational workshops and reviewing professional publications.

Skills & Qualifications

• Required Education/Certification: Certification or Diploma in Cosmetology, Esthetics, or a related field.
• Experience: Proven experience performing advanced aesthetic treatments in a clinical or medical setting.
• Technical Skills: Hands-on experience with laser treatments, chemical peels, and other relevant equipment.
• Soft Skills:
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity.
• Empathetic attitude and ability to build trusting client relationships.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.

Location : Malviya Nagar, South delhi

Work Hours

• 3 days in a week or one shift 6 days
