As a Corporate Travel Associate Manager at Accenture, you will play a crucial role in organizing, managing, and directing crisis activities to support Accenture personnel traveling globally. Your responsibilities will include: - Initiating, tracking, and monitoring crisis activities, correspondence, and risks, while maintaining leadership status summaries. - Collaborating with teams to ensure crisis management support aligns with global priorities and standards. - Providing administrative support and interaction with peers and senior management within Accenture, involving monitoring and tracking of personnel. - Driving process efficiency, seeking innovative ways to improve team performance, and working closely with project leads and other corporate functions to operationalize responses. - Identifying opportunities for program and standards improvements, developing relationships with third-party Travel Security suppliers, and assisting in emergency planning and business continuity planning efforts. - Performing audits and tests related to the Crisis Management Plan, understanding the strategic direction set by senior management, and working with large amounts of data to create dashboards. Qualifications required for this role include: - Experience in Corporate Travel, Safety, or Risk Management, or relevant industry knowledge. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. - Proficiency in using relevant software for data analysis and documentation. - Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-oriented mindset. In addition, the ideal candidate should have knowledge of immigration and travel industry practices, including airlines, hotels, car rentals, and travel booking systems. The shift timings for this role will be from 6.00 PM (IST) to 3.00 PM (IST), and you should be open to working flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, in case of a crisis.
