Corporate Trainer Learning & Development

As a Corporate Trainer at Masterly Solutions Pvt. Ltd., you will play a crucial role in establishing and leading internal technical training programs for our developer teams. Your primary focus will be on delivering high-quality, hands-on training in Python, .NET, SQL Server, NoSQL, HTML/CSS, and Angular. Here's what you can expect in this role: - Design and deliver in-house training programs emphasizing full-stack development and database technologies. - Conduct hands-on workshops, bootcamps, and mentoring sessions across various technologies. - Prepare structured learning roadmaps for interns, junior developers, and upskilling senior resources. - Collaborate with project managers to ensure technical training aligns with business requirements. - Evaluate the effectiveness of training through tests, projects, and feedback mechanisms. - Create reusable learning assets such as tutorials, code repositories, quizzes, and e-learning videos. - Maintain training schedules, logs, and provide progress reports to the leadership team. To excel in this role, you should possess: - Proven experience as a software developer and corporate/technical trainer. - Strong Technical Expertise in Python, .NET, SQL Server, NoSQL Databases, Angular, HTML5/CSS3/JavaScript. - Proficiency in training delivery, public speaking, and mentoring. - Ability to simplify complex technical concepts for easy understanding. - Familiarity with tools like Git, Visual Studio, VS Code, LMS platforms, and collaboration tools. Preferred qualifications include: - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field. - Technical certifications from Microsoft, MongoDB, etc. - Experience in designing or managing learning paths using LMS tools. - Exposure to Agile and DevOps culture.
