Corporate Trainer – Learning & Development (Python, .NET, SQL, NoSQL, Angular) Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat (On-site preferred) Department: Learning & Development Employment Type: Full-Time Experience: 5+ years (Minimum 3+ years in Training & 5+ years in Software Development) About the Role: Masterly Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a passionate and technically strong Corporate Trainer to establish and lead internal technical training programs. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating a structured learning path and delivering high-quality, hands-on training in Python, .NET, SQL Server, NoSQL, HTML/CSS, and Angular to empower our developer teams across projects. Key Responsibilities: · Design and deliver in-house training programs focused on full-stack development and database technologies. · Conduct hands-on workshops, bootcamps, and mentoring sessions across technologies. · Prepare structured learning roadmaps for interns, junior developers, and upskilling senior resources. · Collaborate with project managers to align technical training with business needs. · Evaluate training impact through tests, projects, and feedback. · Build reusable learning assets: tutorials, code repositories, quizzes, e-learning videos. · Maintain training schedules, logs, and share progress reports with leadership. Required Skills & Qualifications: · Proven experience as a software developer and corporate/technical trainer. · Strong Technical Expertise in: · Python (OOP, scripting, projects) · .NET (Core/Framework, C#) – API Development, MVC, WebApps · SQL Server – Stored Procedures, Query Optimization · NoSQL Databases – MongoDB, Firebase, or any document-based database · Angular (v10+) – Component Architecture, RxJS, API Handling · HTML5 / CSS3 / JavaScript – Web fundamentals, Responsive UI · Strong command over training delivery, public speaking, and mentoring. · Ability to break down complex technical concepts into digestible formats. · Proficiency in tools like Git, Visual Studio, VS Code, LMS platforms, and collaboration tools. Preferred Qualifications: · Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field. · Technical certifications (Microsoft, MongoDB, etc.) are a plus. · Experience designing or managing learning paths through LMS tools. · Exposure to Agile and DevOps culture.
