Corporate Trainer for Design Thinking

You are a seasoned and certified Design Thinking facilitator who excels in Empathy-Driven Design Thinking. Your role will involve designing and delivering high-impact workshops, applying tools like empathy mapping and ideation frameworks, adapting content for diverse corporate audiences, collaborating with the Protocol learning design team, and providing post-program insights and learning impact reports. Your key responsibilities will include: - Designing and delivering high-impact, experiential workshops on Empathy-Driven Design Thinking. - Applying tools such as empathy mapping, journey mapping, ideation frameworks, and rapid prototyping to real-world business challenges. - Adapting content and facilitation style to suit diverse corporate audiences from emerging leaders to senior management. - Collaborating with the Protocol learning design team to ensure contextual relevance and outcome alignment. - Providing post-program insights and learning impact reports when required. To qualify for this role, you should have: - Minimum 10 years of professional experience, including 5+ years as a Design Thinking facilitator or consultant. - Certification in Design Thinking / Human-Centered Innovation (Stanford d.school, IDEO U, Hasso Plattner Institute, or equivalent). - Deep understanding of empathy-led design principles, creative problem-solving, and innovation frameworks. - Strong facilitation presence, storytelling ability, and executive communication skills. - Based in Bangalore and available for short-term or project-based engagements.
