Corporate Trainer – BFSI & FinTech

Engagement: Retainer Basis

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Corporate Trainer to train employees across departments on:

· Mutual Funds

· Insurance (Life, Health, General)

· Other investment products

· Complete workings and features of InvestOnline.in

· Complete workings and features of the CRM & MIS

The trainer will conduct regular sessions, create training material, and ensure teams stay updated on regulations and platform processes.

Key Responsibilities

· Deliver product and platform training to new and existing employees.

· Train teams on workflows, platform features, compliance, and best practices.

· Create simple training modules, presentations, and SOPs.

· Conduct assessments and gather feedback to improve training quality.

· Provide refresher sessions and updates as products or regulations change.

Requirements

· 3–7 years experience in Mutual Funds, Insurance, Banking, and FinTech.

· Proven experience with CRM platform administration and management and a strong understanding of Management Information Systems (MIS) principles.

· Strong knowledge of SEBI/AMFI and IRDAI regulations.

· Prior experience in corporate or product training.

· Excellent communication and presentation skills.

· Ability to handle multiple departments and simplify complex concepts.

Engagement

· Retainer basis with monthly sessions, onboarding training for new hires, and periodic updates.

· Exact hours and compensation to be finalized based on expertise.

Job Types: Full-time, Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
