Job Description

Role & responsibilities Develop and deliver engaging training sessions on AI fundamentals, tools, and applications. Train non-technical teams on using AI tools like ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Notion AI, etc. Customize learning content for different departments based on business needs. Design e-learning modules and interactive workshops using AI-enhanced platforms. Collaborate with department heads to assess skill gaps and recommend AI-based solutions. Stay up to date with emerging AI trends and integrate them into L&D strategies. Evaluate training effectiveness through surveys, assessments, and impact analysis. Support digital transformation efforts and change management initiatives Qualifications: Bachelors or Master’s degree Certification in AI (e.g., Coursera, IBM, Microsoft, edX, or equivalent).
