Key Responsibilities

• Develop and Deliver Training Programs:

• Create Engaging Training Plans:

  Develop engaging and easy-to-follow training materials and plans tailored to meet the needs of the sales team.

• Provide Ongoing Support:

  Offer continuous support and guidance to the telesales team, addressing questions and providing expert advice to enhance their performance.

• Monitor and Assess Performance:

  Track the progress and performance of the telesalesteam, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to achieve sales targets.

• Stay Informed on Industry Trends:

  Keep abreast of the latest sales techniques and industry trends, sharing this knowledge with the team to ensure they are equipped with the most up-to-date skills.

Skills and Qualifications

• Extensive Sales and Training Experience:

  A minimum of 10 to 15 years of experience in sales, with a significant portion dedicated to training and developing Telesales teams.

• Exceptional Communication Skills:

  Strong ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely to various audiences.

• Passion for Development:

  A genuine passion for helping others learn and grow in their sales careers.

• Patience and Supportiveness:
