About the job: Key responsibilities: 1. Connect with potential clients using a multifaceted approach including cold calls, targeted emails, LinkedIn, and social media outreach 2. Skillfully inquire and assess leads using the BANT framework 3. Demonstrate a proactive mindset in setting up meetings or calls between the prospect company and the Sales Manager 4. Utilize CRM software proficiently, showcasing numerical abilities and a problem-solving attitude Requirements: 1. 2+ years of experience as an SDR in the B2B technology space, preferably in a SaaS start-up 2. Excellent written and verbal communication skills; organized and detail-oriented 3. Experience in selling products in the US SMB market would be a plus 4. Proven track record of surpassing qualified lead targets 5. Comprehensive understanding of the entire Inside Sales lifecycle, encompassing prospecting, lead qualification, and requirement gathering 6. Expertise in using CRM for email marketing and maintaining internal CRMs for reporting 7.
