Respond to inbound leads via phone, email, and chat 2. Follow up with prospective clients and convert inquiries into bookings 3. Build and maintain relationships with schools, event planners, and corporate clients 4. Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth trip execution 5. Hit weekly and monthly sales targets and KPIs 6. Participate in training sessions to sharpen your sales and industry knowledge 7. Maintain customer information using our CRM system What we're looking for: 1. 0-2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or a related field (fresh graduates welcome) 2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills 3. High energy, positive attitude, and a hunger to grow 4. Self-motivated and able to work independently 5.
