Job Description

We are Hiring Sales & Service Manager (UPS & VRLA Batteries) for a Leading Battery Manufacturing Company based in Bharuch, Gujarat. Candidates with minimum of 3 years experience in UPS & VRLA Batteries can apply Job Title : Sales & Service Manager UPS & VRLA Batteries Location : Bharuch, Gujarat Experience : Minimum 3 Years (particular In VRLA-Battery industry) CTC : 6LPA - 10.8LPA Education : Any Graduate Job Responsibilities: - Drive sales and manage service operations for UPS & VRLA batteries in Corporate & OEM sectors . - Develop and implement sales strategies to expand market reach and achieve revenue targets. - Build strong relationships with corporate clients and OEMs to ensure long-term business growth. - Provide pre-sales and post-sales support , including technical assistance and troubleshooting. - Prepare and present business proposals, sales reports, and performance analysis. - Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and potential clients. - Coordinate with internal teams for seamless order processing, delivery, and service support . Key Requirements: - Minimum 3 years in UPS & VRLA battery sales and service. - Languages: Fluent in English & Hindi (spoken and written). - Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PPT, Word) for reports and presentations. - Soft Skills: Strong negotiation, planning, and implementation skills. - Other: Ability to travel as needed for client meetings and service support.
