Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Actively engage with potential clients to understand their real estate needs
  • Provide detailed information about properties, pricing, and market trends
  • Stay updated on market trends, property values, and competitor activities
  • Conduct property viewings and site visits with clients
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve or exceed targets
  • Handle high-end luxury real estate projects in South Mumbai ranging from ₹7 Cr to ₹70 Cr and above

Requirements

  • Demonstrate proven experience in real estate sales or a related field
  • Possess strong knowledge of the real estate market and current trends
  • Communicate effectively with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Apply strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities
