Corporate Planning & Management-TPM Engineering - Associate

Role Overview: In Corporate Planning and Management (CPM), as a software engineer, you will be responsible for creating new and transforming financial and spend management workflows. Your role will involve building intelligent reporting to drive commercial benefits to the firm. You will work in small, nimble teams and have the opportunity to impact various aspects of corporate planning and management. Key Responsibilities: - Facilitate Agile & Scrum ceremonies such as daily stand-up meetings, sprint planning, sprint review, retros, PI Planning - Identify and troubleshoot obstacles hindering team progress - Promote self-organization, self-management, and continuous improvement - Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders - Drive delivery discipline and release management practices - Track KPIs and help teams deliver high-quality products/solutions on time - Manage dependencies and stakeholders - Mediate scope challenges and work with Product Manager/Product Owner on product roadmap and backlog - Negotiate conflicts in Scrum implementation and delivery - Ensure team follows Scrum framework and Agile principles - Collaborate with cross-functional teams Qualifications Required: - BA/BS with specialization in Program Management or Project Management - 5-7 years of experience in Program Management or Product Management - Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Scrum Master - Strong knowledge of Agile Scrum principles and practices - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills - Ability to lead and facilitate Scrum ceremonies - Hands-on experience with Jira Additional Details: - Familiarity with the Working Backwards process is considered a plus - Certification in Agile methodologies such as Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM) is preferred - SAFe certification and Kanban certification are advantageous.,
