Corporate Nurse

Job Description

Role & responsibilities Provide first aid, emergency care, and medical assistance to employees. Conduct health screenings, assessments, and workplace wellness programs . Maintain accurate medical records and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. Educate employees on disease prevention, hygiene, and mental well-being . Monitor and implement occupational health and safety standards . Assist in workplace injury management and return-to-work programs . Collaborate with HR and management to improve employee health policies . Coordinate with external healthcare providers for specialized medical services . Key Skills & Qualifications: Degree/Diploma in Nursing (Registered Nurse preferred). Certification in First Aid, BLS, or ACLS is a plus. Experience in occupational health, corporate healthcare, or industrial nursing is preferred. Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations (OSHA, ISO, etc.) . Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle emergency situations and provide immediate care . Proficiency in maintaining medical records and reporting health trends .
