Role & responsibilities Advance knowledge in Electronics, Speakers, Audio Amplifiers, Computer Operating system & other IT products. Must Have Excellent Communucation skills. Updated knowledge on latest technologies like Smart devices / IOT products. Testing & Evaluating NPI products. Generating Test reports, Troubleshooting & Maintaining other various technical documents. - Generating & Maintaining documents such as FAQ, User guide, and other Technical content. - Troubleshooting technical issues. Diagnosing and solving hardware & software issues. Good written and verbal communication. Knowledge about Designing & developing PCB using applications like ALTIUM & EAGLE will be an added advantage . Analyzing & resolving design-related issues in PCBA / Good understanding of electronics components. Preferred Candidate Profile Language Preferred - English (Mandatory) & Tamil. Qualification -Any Degree/Diploma. Experience -Fresher / Experienced
