Looking for Immediate - 30 Days. Role Overview : We are seeking experienced Construction Project Managers to oversee large-scale office space projects, including expansions, reconfigurations, and consolidations. The role involves end-to-end management of design, construction, MEP works, and vendor coordination to deliver high-quality, compliant office environments. Key Responsibilities : 1. Space Planning & Office Expansion: Plan, design, and execute office layouts based on evolving business requirements. Manage office expansions, new setups, and reconfiguration projects. 2. Stakeholder Coordination: Collaborate closely with: Internal Admin teams, Finance, Procurement, Global IT (GIT), Compliance, and Business Units. Liaise with external vendors, contractors, and consultants to ensure smooth project execution. 3. Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to local building codes, statutory regulations, safety norms, and corporate compliance standards. 4. Vendor & Contract Management: Manage selection and performance of vendors, service providers, and contractors. Oversee procurement processes and monitor service delivery timelines. 5. Change Management: Communicate effectively with business stakeholders during space changes to minimize operational disruptions. Ensure smooth transition during office move-ins and expansions. 6. Project Delivery & Quality Assurance: Deliver ready-to-use, functional office spaces meeting quality, timeline, and budget expectations. Conduct project monitoring, testing, commissioning, and handover activities. 7. Onsite Coordination: Coordinate daily with contractors and vendors at the project site. Be willing to travel extensively and stay onsite as required to ensure project milestones are met. Candidate Profile : Qualification : B.E. (Civil) or Graduate in a relevant field Experience :1012 years of experience in infrastructure project management, preferably in corporate interior fitouts and base build civil works. Domain Expertise : Interior Fitouts Base Build Civil Construction MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) Coordination Electronic Safety & Security Systems Infrastructure Project Delivery Required Skills & Tools: Project Planning & Execution Vendor and Stakeholder Management Budget & Risk Management Testing, Commissioning & Project Closure Software Tools: Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) AutoCAD (for layout and plan reviews) Microsoft Project (for project tracking and timelines) Location: Bangalore, Chennai, Gurugram, Noida
