As a Corporate Finance Consultant, you will provide consulting services to clients on various corporate finance matters. Your role will involve conducting financial due diligence, developing financial models, and offering advice to clients. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct financial due diligence on target companies. - Develop financial models for mergers, acquisitions, and other corporate finance transactions. - Provide consulting services to clients on various corporate finance matters. - Prepare presentations and reports for clients. - Manage projects efficiently and meet deadlines. - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients. Qualifications Required: - Master's degree in Finance or a related field (MBA preferred). - 3-5 years of experience in corporate finance or consulting. - Strong financial modeling and valuation skills. - Excellent communication and presentation abilities. - Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
