Geodesy Design Collaborative is seeking a talented Architect or Retail Designer to join our expanding team in Mumbai & Bengaluru. As a key member of our team, you will: - Lead the development of design concepts and create experience-driven spaces for retail and corporate environments. - Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team to bring projects from initial concept to final execution. - Conduct feasibility studies and establish design requirements. - Drive design progress across all phases while upholding high standards of quality, adhering to budget constraints, and meeting project timelines. - Present design concepts internally and to clients with clarity and confidence. - Engage with external design teams and consultants to ensure seamless coordination. - Supervise the development of detailed design documentation to guarantee that design intent is faithfully reflected on site. - Be willing to travel for meetings and site coordination as necessary. The ideal candidate should possess: - A Degree/Diploma in Architecture or Interior Design. - At least 5 years of experience, with a strong background in retail or workplace projects. - A sharp eye for detail and a commitment to design precision. - Proficiency in software tools such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3Ds Max, and Photoshop. - A collaborative and solution-oriented approach to problem-solving.
