Corporate Controller

Experience & Knowledge Requirements 8-10 years of experience in accounting or financial reporting roles, with increasing responsibilities.

The Corporate Controller is responsible for the following duties and subject to evolve in order to grow the team:

Actively participate to Monthly closing : analyse and check bundles in our reporting system BPM as well as supporting the units to clear blocking errors in their packages, explaining the rules, etc.

Tagetik report tool:

- Ensure timely and accurate analytical reporting in the Tagetik system (actuals, forecast and budget for volumes, financials and HR)

- Assist in the enhancement of it (dashboarding and report development)

• Assist in the reporting related to Capex, Customer Credit, costs reporting, product line profitability, profitability per site…
• Follow up of FTE evolution, restructuring plans where applicable
• Cash management improvement: Overdue follow up (reports, follow up, challenge entities on this topic)
• Assist in preparation of management reports, forecast planning & reports, budget planning & reports, as required, including development of digitalized reporting
• Assist in the preparation of multi-year plans
• Assist in the M&A processes post acquisition integration topics
• Improve existing and develop new automatized tools through Excel, Power BI...
