Corporate Agency Manager

You will be responsible for recruiting, screening, and training new agents in the sales & marketing/Banking sales/BFSI Sales/Field sales/Insurance sale domain. Analyzing performance metrics and devising effective action plans to enhance productivity will be a key aspect of your role. Building and maintaining strong relationships with both the team members and clients will be crucial. Your duties will also include ensuring that all staff members adhere to good time management practices and comply with agency regulations, guidelines, and policies. Additionally, you will be expected to stay updated on current industry and market trends to leverage this knowledge for business enhancement. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 1.5 years of experience in relevant fields and must hold a graduation degree. Being a local resident of the city and possessing good communication skills are essential requirements for this position.
