Job Overview:

We are seeking a creative and results driven Copywriter to join our marketing team If you have a passion for storytelling, a sharp eye for consumer psychology, and the ability to craft content that drives engagement and conversions, this role is for you You ll play a key role in shaping our brand voice across multiple digital platforms, especially within the services industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop compelling marketing ad copy and scripts for Meta (Instagram) and Google Ads.

• Write engaging short form content for WhatsApp communities, engagement posts, and brand conversations.

• Create high conversion landing page and lead funnel content that drives results.

• Write persuasive image and carousel ad copy with strong hooks and calls to action.

• Collaborate closely with designers and marketing teams to produce creative and effective campaigns.

• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to develop informed and impactful messaging.

• Translate complex ideas into clear, persuasive, and relatable content tailored to various audience segments.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, English or a related field.

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Copywriter in marketing, advertising, or digital media.

• Proven ability to write for ads, social media content and landing pages.

• Prior experience in the service industry (finance, education, or similar sectors) preferred.

Key Skills:

• Exceptional creative writing and storytelling abilities.

• Strong understanding of digital marketing and advertising platforms Google, WhatsApp, etc.

• Excellent research, analytical, and observational skills.

• Understanding of consumer behavior and user psychology.

• Ability to write clear, concise, and persuasive copy that converts.

• Awareness of social media trends and digital content strategies.

• Excellent command over English (both written and verbal) proficiency in other languages is a plus.
