Role Overview We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented Copywriter to lead our content efforts across multiple digital channels. The ideal candidate excels in crafting compelling, SEO-optimized narratives and can seamlessly adjust tone and style to suit different audience segments. This role provides the opportunity to shape content strategy and enhance brand engagement within the Real Estate industry. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement a content strategy that aligns with brand goals and drives SEO performance. Conduct in-depth research on Real Estate Search topics to produce original, informative, and engaging content . Perform keyword research and apply SEO best practices to maximize organic reach and search engine visibility . Write clear, persuasive copy across formats including website content, blogs, social media posts, and marketing materials . Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ideate and execute content initiatives that support business objectives. Identify and pursue opportunities for backlinking, guest blogging, and third-party content partnerships . Tailor writing tone and style to fit different audiences and publication platforms . Ensure all content is error-free, on-brand , and optimized for SEO . Requirements 4+ years of experience in SEO-driven content writing , preferably within financial services or real estate . Proven track record of creating conversion-oriented content across multiple platforms. Excellent English writing, editing, and storytelling skills . Bachelors degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, English, Business Management , or a related field. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment , manage multiple projects, and meet tight deadlines. Preferred Skills Experience with Content Management Systems (CMS) and familiarity with Google Analytics and SEO tools like SEMrush or Ahrefs . Knowledge of content outreach and link-building strategies is a plus
