Key Responsibilities

Meta (Facebook & Instagram)

• Write platform-native copy for:
• Reels, Stories, Feed, and Carousels
• Develop hooks, captions, CTAs, and on-screen text that:
• Stop the scroll
• Feel relatable, not salesy
• Match the tone of real conversations
• Translate brand truths into short-form, high-impact messaging
• Collaborate with designers and video editors to ensure copy works

  visuals, not against them
• Adapt copy for different audience segments, formats, and funnel stages

Google (Search, YouTube & Performance Max)

• Write high-intent, problem–solution copy for:
• Search ads (headlines, descriptions, extensions)
• YouTube scripts and overlays
• Performance Max asset sets
• Mirror real user queries and concerns in copy (fit, comfort, price, trust, etc.)
• Focus on clarity, reassurance, and decision confidence — not hype
• Optimise copy based on performance signals (CTR, CVR, engagement)

What We’re Looking For

Skills & Experience

• 2–5+ years of copywriting experience (agency or brand side)
• Hands-on experience writing for

  Meta and Google

  (mandatory)
• Strong understanding of:
• Platform behaviour
• Performance marketing funnels
• Short-form, conversion-oriented writing
• Ability to simplify complex ideas into clear, human language
• Comfort writing multiple variations at scale
