Job Requirements:

Build conversational
bots and copilots
using Microsoft Copilot Studio.
Create topics, flows, prompts, and conversational logic.
Integrate copilots with
Power Automate
, SharePoint, Teams, Outlook, Planner, and other M365 services.
Develop intelligent workflows, Q&A bots, task automation bots, and process assistants.
Perform
testing, training, troubleshooting, and optimization
of conversational bots.
Translate business scenarios into Copilot-driven workflows.
Maintain documentation (flows, triggers, API integrations).
Ensure copilots follow
security, governance, and quality
standards.
Collaborate with business teams to refine conversational experiences.

Mandatory Qualifications:

Strong hands-on experience with
Microsoft Copilot Studio
(or Power Virtual Agents).
Experience designing bot topics, dialogs, generative responses, and M365-integrated flows.
Working knowledge of
Power Automate
for bot workflow automation.
Familiarity with
SharePoint, Teams, Outlook, Azure AD
integrations.
Strong problem-solving, communication, and requirement-gathering skills.
Ability to independently own Copilot development.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with
Dataverse
for storage and entity management.
Knowledge of
REST APIs, Azure Logic Apps, or Azure Functions
.
AI-driven bot enhancement exposure (prompt tuning, dynamic responses).
Certifications:
PL-200, PL-400
.
