Coordinator, Production

As a Production Scheduler at CommScope, you play a crucial role in ensuring product availability aligns with customer orders. Your responsibilities include: - Releasing work orders from the Master Production Schedule to various production areas, syncing product availability with customer orders. - Creating schedules for production areas and suppliers to match actual customer demand, optimizing material and production resources. - Providing immediate feedback and resolving any delays or shortages with vendors promptly to prevent production losses. - Handling multiple responsibilities simultaneously and effectively collaborating with team members using a facilitative approach. - Working with the Production team to achieve departmental goals. - Generating reports on forecasts, inventory, and trends, and presenting them to team members as needed. Qualifications required for consideration: - Degree or Diploma in a related field such as Engineering. - Preferably 2+ years of relevant experience. - Proficiency in manufacturing/production operations with a proven track record in a leadership role. - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. - Proficiency in SAP for material planning and production schedule supervision. - Good knowledge of MS Excel and Word.,
