As a Financial Service Manager in the Banking & Financial Service industry, your primary responsibility will be to increase the top of the funnel by driving period BTL activities and generating referrals from prospect customers to expand the prospect base. You will be required to maximize virtual connections with qualified prospects through various digital platforms and social media channels. It is essential to adopt a need-based selling approach, tailor-making recommendations based on the customer's profile, and assisting and coordinating with customers to ensure a smooth policy insurance process. In this role, you will need to rigorously and timely follow up on all prospects in the work-in-progress stage, update prospect information, and track performance on the lead management system (LMS) or VYMO. Ensuring that all procedural requirements for policy issuance are complete and accurate is crucial. The objective of this position is to sell insurance policies by generating leads through a retail distribution model and serving existing customers or leads received from the channel while sourcing new business. To excel in this role, you should have 3-6 years of work experience, with a minimum of 6 months in life insurance sales management, retail bank distribution, co-operative bank and channel management, or DSA relationship. Strong customer orientation, comfort working with digital platforms, good communication skills (both face-to-face and virtually), strong interpersonal skills, active listening skills, coordination skills, time management skills, and negotiation skills are essential qualifications.
