Monitoring fire detection alarm system, such as smoke detector, heat detector, sprinkler & emergency exit alarm; water tank supply level alarm, air handling unit, kitchen exhaust fan and fresh air handling unit & Car Ventilation system. Monitor the operation of the HVAC control systems using the BMS to monitor performance. Maintaining the records of PM/breakdown schedule, service reports, history cards.
