Job Title: Cook (Homestay – Himtrek Vasant Kunj, New Delhi

We are looking for a skilled and responsible Cook to join our team at Himtrek Homestay, Vasant Kunj, New Delhi. The ideal candidate should be experienced in preparing homely and hygienic meals, capable of managing the kitchen independently, and ensuring a pleasant dining experience for our guests.

Responsibilities:

Prepare and cook a variety of vegetarian and non-vegetarian meals as per daily requirements.

Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen and dining area.

Manage kitchen inventory and ensure availability of necessary ingredients.

Follow proper food safety and storage practices.

Cater to guests’ special requests and dietary needs when required.

Ensure timely preparation of meals (breakfast, lunch, dinner).

Requirements:

Prior experience as a cook (preferably in homestay/hospitality sector).

Knowledge of Indian cuisine (multi-cuisine knowledge will be an added advantage).

Ability to work independently and responsibly.

Good communication and hospitality skills.
