Job Description

Key responsibilities

  • Food preparation: Wash, peel, chop, and dice ingredients like vegetables and meats. Weigh and mix ingredients according to recipes.
  • Cooking: Cook food using various methods such as baking, grilling, frying, boiling, or steaming. Follow recipes to ensure consistency and quality.
  • Presentation: Plate and garnish dishes to be visually appealing.
  • Kitchen maintenance: Keep workstations, equipment, and utensils clean and sanitized at all times. Follow all health and safety regulations.
  • Inventory and ordering: Monitor food stock levels, manage inventory, and place orders for new supplies as needed. Ensure proper food storage and rotation.
  • Team collaboration: Work with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth and efficient service. Assist other cooks when needed.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹38,472.95 per month
