About Us

Doma and Boma Foods Pvt. Ltd. is a growing hospitality group behind beloved Kolkata brands known for Himalayan, Tibetan, and Asian fusion dishes. We’re looking for a dedicated Cook / Kitchen Hand to support our kitchen operations and maintain the high standards our guests expect.

Responsibilities

• Assist in food preparation, cooking, and plating according to recipes and quality standards
• Wash, chop, and prepare ingredients for chefs
• Maintain cleanliness of kitchen stations, utensils, and storage areas
• Follow hygiene and food safety standards (FSSAI guidelines)
• Support chefs during busy service periods and help with dishwashing as required
• Receive and store deliveries, checking quality and freshness of ingredients
• Assist with stock rotation and basic inventory tasks

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a professional kitchen preferred, but freshers welcome
• Basic knowledge of food handling and hygiene practices
• Ability to work quickly and efficiently under pressure
• Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a team-oriented mindset
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

• Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month (depending on experience)

• Kolkata, West Bengal: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
