Responsibilities

✅ Assist Head Chef in daily kitchen operations
✅ Prepare and oversee signature dishes – Mandi, Parotta, Alfaham, Shawaya✅ Supervise and train kitchen staff for consistency & efficiency✅ Maintain hygiene, stock control, and food safety standards✅ Support menu development and quality improvements

Requirements

  • Previous experience as Sous Chef / Senior Line Cook
  • Specialization in Arabic & South Indian cuisine
  • Strong skills in grilling, roasting, steaming, and dough preparation
  • Ability to handle bulk cooking with precision
  • Team leadership and kitchen management skills
