Job Summary:

We are seeking a responsible and experienced individual to manage both cooking and housekeeping operations at our guest facility. The ideal candidate will be skilled in preparing hygienic, homely meals and supervising housekeeping staff to maintain cleanliness and comfort for guests.

Key Responsibilities:Cooking Duties:

• Prepare and serve fresh, healthy, and timely meals for Employs
• Plan weekly menus in consultation with management or guests.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen and dining area.
• Manage grocery inventory and procure supplies within allocated budget.
• Ensure proper food storage and waste management.

Housekeeping Supervision:

• Supervise daily cleaning and upkeep of guest rooms and common areas.
• Train and monitor housekeeping staff to ensure cleanliness standards are met.
• Perform periodic deep cleaning and maintenance checks.
• Manage laundry services for guest linen and staff uniforms.
• Maintain housekeeping inventory (cleaning agents, toiletries, etc.).

Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a cook and housekeeping supervisor, preferably in a guesthouse, hotel, or corporate setting.
• Knowledge of hygiene standards and food safety practices.
• Ability to manage a small team of helpers or staff.
• Strong time management and multitasking abilities.
• Basic knowledge of spoken Hindi; English is an advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
