Job Summary We are looking for an experienced and reliable Indian Cook who can prepare delicious, home-style (ghar jaisa) vegetarian and non-vegetarian food. The ideal candidate should be skilled in traditional Indian cooking, understand dietary preferences, and maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen. Key Responsibilities Prepare daily meals as per household preferences – both vegetarian and non-vegetarian Cook a variety of Indian dishes including dals, sabzis, curries, parathas, rice dishes, snacks, and more Make fresh rotis/chapatis, and occasional special dishes on request Prepare chutneys, pickles, and homemade masalas (optional) Ensure home-style taste – less oil, spices balanced Maintain cleanliness of cooking area and utensils Grocery planning or assist in making a shopping list Ensure food is cooked and served on time Open to occasional guests and small house parties
