Job Description: We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced professional to join the Technology CAO organization in India GC. As a part of this role, you will be responsible for supporting employee, workplace, and risk initiatives. Your duties will involve managing stakeholder coordination, project tracking, reporting, and continuous process improvement efforts. Responsibilities: - Drive and manage strategic and tactical initiatives under the CAO function - Liaise with stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of initiatives and timely issue resolution - Prepare and deliver high-quality management decks and reports for senior leadership - Lead and track projects/process improvements across the business units - Handle escalations with systemic problem-solving approaches - Support cross-functional teams on short-term projects as required - Report on project metrics and ensure deliverables are met Required Skills: - 78 years of relevant experience in Project Management, PMO, or COO roles in MNCs - Proficiency in dashboarding tools like Power BI, Tableau - Hands-on experience with automation tools such as Python, Power Automate - Familiarity with workflow tools like UI-Path, Pega, PowerApps - Strong in Excel and PowerPoint Nice-to-Have Skills: - Prior experience in the BFSI industry - Exposure to business operations and governance functions Location: Mumbai (Hybrid) Experience Required: 78 Years Notice Period: Immediate to 30 Days If you are interested in this position, please share your resume at: swagatika.s@twsol.com,
