Greetings!
We are looking for Head Operations (COO) for a reputed Indian Auto Components Manufacturing Organisation based at Bhiwadi, Rajasthan.
To provide strategic leadership and operational excellence across the aluminium foundry, machining, and paintshop units, ensuring seamless production, customer satisfaction, and profitable growth of the business. The COO will drive PQDCM performance, new product launches, and cost optimization while developing a high-performance culture.
Lead end-to-end operations across foundry, machining, and paintshop.
Translate business strategy into plant execution and daily performance management.
Drive productivity, OEE, and throughput while reducing downtime and waste.
Ensure highest standards of product quality and customer delivery.
Oversee budgeting, cost control, and margin improvement.
Establish robust EHS practices, compliance, and risk management.
Partner with HR to develop workforce capability (white/blue/contractual).
Implement Industry 4.0, digital dashboards, and best practices in manufacturing.
Work closely with CEO for capacity expansion, new plant commissioning, and customer audits.
Build strong supplier and customer relationships for business continuity.

B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical/Metallurgy/Production with MBA preferred.

Inspirational leader with ability to drive multi-disciplinary teams.
