Identify and refine down the most suitable talent from available candidates. Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments, and virtual/in-person interviews. Should know the process of recruitment along with headhunting, cold calling and identifying the right talent which will fit into the culture of the organization. Stay up-to-date with current recruiting methods. Assisting the HR Manager in Internal/External communication to various stakeholders. Help arrange team events and activities that help foster interpersonal relationships. Deployment and management of access to company tools to employees. Allocation and management of company owned devices to employees. Keep up-to-date with the latest HR trends and best practice and recommend improvements.
