Job Description

The consultant role requires you to act as a strategic partner, analyzing customer journeys to identify conversion barriers and provide actionable insights. You will collaborate with marketing, design, and product teams to implement optimization initiatives that enhance user experience, boost engagement, and drive business growth. Your responsibilities will include conducting detailed audits of websites, landing pages, funnels, and digital campaigns to pinpoint conversion barriers. You will analyze website and campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, GA4, Hotjar, and Mixpanel. It is crucial to identify opportunities for enhancing customer journeys and conversion rates across digital touchpoints. Additionally, you will be expected to offer data-driven recommendations for optimizing user journeys, checkout flows, and lead-generation processes. Designing and overseeing A/B tests, multivariate tests, and personalization strategies will be part of your role. Working closely with internal teams to implement CRO strategies aligned with marketing and business goals is essential. Developing frameworks and roadmaps for continuous conversion optimization, analyzing experiment results, and presenting actionable insights to stakeholders are key aspects of this position. Staying updated on CRO, UX, and digital marketing trends, tools, and technologies, as well as conducting competitor and industry research for benchmarking and innovation, will be part of your ongoing responsibilities. To be considered for this role, you should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in conversion rate optimization and a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field. Demonstrable results in CRO, digital marketing, or growth roles are required. Proficiency in web analytics tools like Google Analytics/GA4, hands-on experience with A/B testing tools, understanding of UX/UI principles, and knowledge of data analysis and visualization tools are necessary. Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, along with strong problem-solving, communication, and project management skills, will be beneficial for excelling in this role.,
