Conversion Rate Optimization Consultant

Role Overview: As a CRO Consultant, you will be responsible for leading conversion rate optimization projects aimed at driving measurable growth and enhancing overall business performance for key clients. By combining product management, analytics, and stakeholder collaboration, you will deliver impactful insights, innovative solutions, and sustained results. Key Responsibilities: - Managing end-to-end CRO projects to ensure timely delivery within agreed scope and budget. - Coordinating with internal teams, client stakeholders, and external partners for seamless project execution. - Reviewing analysis, preparing insights, and presenting findings to leadership and clients. - Creating and maintaining detailed project plans, documentation, and progress reports. - Monitoring performance metrics and optimizing strategies to improve conversion rates. - Overseeing junior team members, providing guidance, and effectively delegating tasks. - Building strong relationships with clients, vendors, and cross-functional teams to support project success. Qualifications Required: - Strong understanding of analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Omniture, or similar platforms. - Knowledge of A/B testing tools and experimentation methodologies. - Familiarity with eCommerce analytics, digital marketing, and optimization strategies. - Ability to translate data insights into actionable recommendations for business growth. - Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills. - At least 3 years of experience in digital optimization, analytics, or related fields, with leadership responsibilities. - Educational qualification of a Bachelors or Masters degree in Engineering, Statistics, Business, or a related discipline.,
