As a Conversational Engineer at 66degrees, you will be responsible for conducting in-depth technical analysis and effective communication with others. The ideal candidate excels in focusing on user experience and constructing complex virtual agents for clients. **Responsibilities:** - Lead discovery workshops to capture business requirements, success criteria, and constraints to understand and prioritize virtual agent requirements. - Develop engaging, user-friendly, and efficient conversational agents. - Present conversational agents in Dialogflow CX to customers, address QA issues, feedback, and troubleshooting. - Utilize all components of Dialogflow CX to creatively solve problems, including generators, data stores, and generative fallback. - Collaborate closely with product, development, and engineering teams to validate design solutions and participate in iterative product enhancement cycles. - Generate new concepts, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes based on internal requirements and creative briefs. - Establish visual and interactive standards documentation and ensure designs align with the technical specifications of the product or application. - Stay informed about industry trends and incorporate this knowledge into your work regularly. **Key Requirements:** - Experience with Playbooks & GenAI. **Qualifications:** - 2+ years of experience in building virtual agent solutions, preferably in Dialogflow CX. - Experience in bringing a virtual agent to market or working on a deployed virtual agent, either externally for customers or internally for company associates. - Profound understanding of NLP, NLU, and the complexities of creating and maintaining robust models, intents, and entities. - Strong grasp of the significance of data in the virtual agent continuous improvement lifecycle. - Proficiency in programming languages such as Java or Python to transfer data between source systems for use in virtual agent flows. - Previous experience with user dashboards or analytical applications is advantageous (e.g., Looker, Tableau, Power BI). - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Up-to-date knowledge of web and mobile trends, technology, interface design, and usability standards. - Demonstrated conceptual skills and the ability to create rapid wireframes, mockups, and prototypes effectively.,
