Conversational Engineer, Contract

As a Conversational Engineer at 66degrees, you will play a crucial role in conducting technical analysis and effective communication to construct complex virtual agents. Your primary focus will be on user experience while developing engaging, user-friendly, and efficient conversational agents for clients. This full-time remote contract role requires 45 hours per week, and we are looking for a candidate who can join as soon as possible. **Key Requirements:** - Experience with Playbooks & GenAI. **Responsibilities:** - Lead discovery workshops to capture business requirements, success criteria, and constraints for prioritizing virtual agent requirements. - Develop conversational agents in Dialogflow CX and address QA issues, feedback, and troubleshooting. - Utilize Dialogflow CX components creatively to solve problems effectively. - Collaborate with product, development, and engineering teams to validate design solutions and enhance products iteratively. - Generate concepts, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes based on internal requirements and creative briefs. - Establish visual and interactive standards documentation to ensure design alignment with technical specifications. - Stay informed about industry trends and incorporate knowledge regularly into your work. **Qualifications:** - 2+ years of experience in building virtual agent solutions, preferably in Dialogflow CX. - Experience in deploying virtual agents externally for customers or internally for company associates. - Profound understanding of NLP, NLU, and building and maintaining robust models, intents, and entities. - Proficiency in programming languages such as Java or Python for data transfer in virtual agent flows. - Previous experience with user dashboards or analytical applications is advantageous. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Up-to-date knowledge of web and mobile trends, technology, interface design, and usability standards. - Demonstrated conceptual skills in creating wireframes, mockups, and prototypes effectively.,
