Controls IT Associate

As an IT Auditor at Grant Thornton INDUS, you will be responsible for engaging with clients to perform SOX 404 Information Technology Audits. Your key responsibilities will include: - Conducting Tests of Design and Tests of Operating effectiveness of controls on client engagements - Ensuring quality delivery by completing work accurately and within established turnaround times or allotted budget - Managing budgets and timelines to meet established turnaround times and budgets, proactively communicating any anticipated deviations to the engagement lead To excel in this role, you will need the following skills: - Proficient knowledge of IT security, including IT general controls (ITGC), Logical access, Change management, Computer operations, Cloud Computing, Network Security, and SDLC - Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) - Excellent written and spoken communication skills - Strong willingness to learn and work effectively across multicultural teams with logical thinking and problem-solving skills Ideally, you should have: - 1 to 3 years of postgraduate experience in risk advisory, related internal audit, or SOX audit experience, preferably in a Big 4 or related business environment Qualifications required for this role include: - Undergraduate degree in Computer Science or Statistics, Engineering, Accounting, or BBA with current Masters in business administration Grant Thornton INDUS comprises GT U.S. Shared Services Center India Pvt Ltd and Grant Thornton U.S. Knowledge and Capability Center India Pvt Ltd.
