Control Center Executive

To ensure smooth coordination and 24/7 operational control of air ambulance by monitoring cases, communicating with internal teams, and supporting clients and partners with timely and accurate information.

The Control Center Executive acts as the central communication hub between patients, service providers, logistics, and management — ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and empathy in every interaction.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Operational Coordination

• Manage and monitor all ongoing cases through the Bluedot Control Center system.
• Coordinate with air ambulance teams and ground transport partners.
• Track flight schedules, medical team dispatch, and real-time operations.
• Ensure seamless handover and continuity between shifts.

2. Communication & Support

• Handle emergency calls and emails promptly and professionally.
• Provide clients and patients with accurate information regarding status updates and assistance arrangements.
• Maintain clear and constant communication with field teams and partner networks.

3. Documentation & Reporting

• Log every case and communication detail in the system accurately.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
• Support audits, compliance checks, and data verification processes.

4. Quality & Compliance

• Follow company protocols and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for every assistance case.
• Maintain confidentiality and comply with medical data protection standards.
• Support quality improvement initiatives and operational KPIs.

5. Teamwork & Collaboration

• Work closely with medical coordinators, air ops team, and HR for manpower updates and case handling.
• Coordinate with vendors and partners across multiple countries and time zones.
• Assist management during peak operations, emergencies, and special projects.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
