Sr. Business Development Executive
As a Sales Executive in the IT industry, your primary responsibility will be to generate high-quality leads for IT projects using various channels, including online freelance portals like Upwork. You will also be required to identify potential clients, understand their business needs, and proactively engage with them to build relationships, set up meetings, and close deals. Your role will involve preparing and delivering compelling proposals and presentations tailored to client requirements, effectively communicating the value proposition of our services, and driving the sales process from lead to closure. Additionally, you will be expected to build and nurture long-term client relationships by providing exceptional customer service, understanding their evolving needs, and ensuring client satisfaction throughout the engagement lifecycle. To excel in this role, you should have a proven track record in IT sales, with a demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets and drive revenue growth. Familiarity and experience with online freelance portals like Upwork are essential, along with a strong understanding of the platform's dynamics and best practices for lead generation and client acquisition. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills are also crucial, as you will be required to articulate complex concepts clearly and persuasively to diverse audiences. Furthermore, strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team environment are key to success in this position. As a strategic thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving, you should be capable of identifying opportunities, overcoming challenges, and driving business results. This is a full-time position with a schedule that includes day shifts, Monday to Friday, as well as night shifts on a rotational basis. The role offers a performance bonus based on your achievements. The preferred educational qualification for this role is a Bachelor's degree, and candidates with at least 3 years of experience in business development and a total of 4 years of work experience will be given preference. Proficiency in English is also preferred for effective communication in the workplace.
