Contractual Project Supervisor – Civil & Painting Works

Contract Duration: 6 Months

Eligibility: Minimum 8 years of experience in civil and painting works; retired candidates with relevant experience are encouraged to apply.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced professional to supervise and coordinate civil and painting works for a large building project. The candidate will act as the main point of contact, ensuring smooth communication and execution between the main contractor, paint company, and project stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise day-to-day civil and painting activities at the site.
• Coordinate with contractors, paint suppliers, and site teams to ensure timely and quality project delivery.
• Monitor work progress, quality standards, and compliance with safety regulations.
• Resolve on-site issues and report regularly to project management.
• Maintain detailed records of work progress, materials, and manpower.
• Ensure adherence to project schedules and budgets.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Minimum 10 years of hands-on experience in civil construction and painting projects.
• Strong leadership, communication, and coordination skills.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Familiarity with relevant safety standards and quality control procedures.

Preferred:

Prior experience in large-scale building projects; retired professionals with a proven track record are welcome.

Competitive, based on experience and project scope.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
