We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Coordinator to support our sales team and ensure smooth and efficient sales operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling administrative and support tasks, coordinating with internal departments, managing customer communications, and maintaining accurate sales documentation. This role plays a crucial part in helping the sales team meet their targets and deliver excellent customer service. Key Responsibilities: Assist the sales team with daily administrative tasks and order processing. Prepare and follow up on sales quotations, proposals, and contracts. Coordinate and track sales orders, deliveries, and invoicing. Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system. Communicate with clients to handle inquiries, resolve issues, and provide product or service information. Liaise with internal departments such as logistics, finance, and marketing to ensure customer requirements are met. Monitor inventory levels and coordinate restocking as needed. Ensure timely follow-up with leads and customers to drive satisfaction and retention.
