Role & responsibilities

PG in Construction/Contracts Management preferred.

Experience in Hydro Projects with good understanding

Identification and monitoring of Project risks and opportunities in a timely manner.

Drafting & Vetting of Contractual communications/project correspondences.

Ensuring timely notices for various issues arising at site pertaining to Extension of time, variations, settlement of disputes.

Sound knowledge in FIDIC red book.

Preferred candidate profile

Handling of Delay and Disruption claims.

Experience in Dispute resolution processes such as DAB, DRC, Conciliation, Mediation, Amicable settlement.

Sound knowledge in FIDIC red book.
