As a Safety Officer, you will be responsible for carrying out safety audits, conducting safety trainings regularly, and identifying hazards and assessing risks for all activities at frequent intervals. You will ensure 100% PPE usage, maintain close coordination with contractors for contractors" safety, and establish and follow fire safety mechanisms. Your role will also involve documentation, reporting, and developing a positive safety culture throughout the factory. Additionally, you will be required to handle technical aspects related to unsafe acts and conditions and should be familiar with MS Office. This is a full-time, permanent position suitable for a fresher. The benefits include health insurance, leave encashment, and provident fund. The work schedule may involve day and night shifts, and there is a yearly bonus provided. The ideal candidate should have a Master's degree, with the preferred experience of at least 1 year in a safety officer role.
