Job Description – Contractors Manager (Infra & EPC Projects) Location: Pune & Mumbai Experience: 10–15 Years Salary Range: ₹50,000 – ₹1,00,000 per month About the Role We are looking for an experienced Contractors Manager with a strong background in Infrastructure and EPC (Engineering, Procurement & Construction) projects. The ideal candidate should have proven experience in managing multiple contractors, ensuring quality execution, and coordinating site activities to meet project timelines. Key Responsibilities Manage and coordinate all contractor-related activities across project sites. Evaluate contractor performance, ensure adherence to timelines, safety norms, and quality standards. Review and verify contractor bills, work progress, and resource planning. Resolve on-site issues and ensure smooth communication between site teams and contractors. Assist in contractor selection, negotiation, and work allocation. Monitor daily work progress and prepare weekly/monthly reports. Ensure compliance with project specifications, drawings, and contractual terms. Coordinate with project managers, procurement teams, and site engineers. Required Skills & Qualifications 10–15 years of experience in Infra / EPC projects with strong contractor management exposure. Excellent knowledge of civil execution, site coordination, and contractor handling. Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple sites (Pune/Mumbai). Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering (preferred).
