Contract Senior Analyst

As a Contract Senior Analyst at Accenture, you will be a part of the Legal and Commercial Services team where you will bring innovative ideas to commercial reality with a focus on maximizing value for all parties through a deep understanding of legal, business, and commercial risks. Your main responsibilities will include: - Supporting contract management teams across projects and accounts. - Working with account leadership, client commercial, and business stakeholders to understand and support client needs and priorities, including account strategy, objectives, and opportunities. - Collaborating with contract management staff across multiple projects, accounts, and geographies. - Assisting in the identification, escalation, and resolution of commercial and contract risks and issues, working closely with CM and project leadership to ensure the best outcome for all parties. - Supporting pre-award sales activities, engaging in discussions with the delivery team regarding potential deal shaping and contractual outcomes with sales teams and business leadership, including contract drafting support. - Playing a key role in building trusted relationships with client counterparts as the contract management function is client-facing. Qualifications required for this role include a Graduation degree and 5 to 8 years of relevant experience.
